Who Can ApplyIndian citizens with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university can apply. Final-year students are eligible if results are available before Mains. IAS/IPS require Indian citizenship; IFS has additional eligibility rules. The age limit, as of August 1, 2025, is 21–32 years for General candidates, with relaxations: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD. Attempt limits are 6 for General, 9 for OBC, and unlimited for SC/ST within the age limit.
